I november började du vårt otränad program, varför det?
Innan så joggade jag lite grann ungefär 2 gånger i veckan och körde lite plankan hemma men det kändes tråkigt.
Såg på Facebook om ert 8 veckors program och det var i samband med att alla på jobbet anmälde sig för att köra Toughest Viking. Så det passade bra, som ett startskott till att bli så tränad att jag orkar ta mig runt i september på Toughest Viking.
Corona gjorde det lite enklare för mig att bestämma mig för nu har jag mer tid över.
Hur har din tidigare erfarenhet med träning sett ut?
I tonåren höll jag på med fotboll och diverse men mellan 20 och 40 så har det varit stendött.
Jag har tänkt på att det vore bra att bli mer tränad, särskilt gällande konditionen. Märker av det i vardagen av att jag blir trött av att gå i trappor t.ex.
Sedan du började hos oss har du varit här i princip varannan dag, vad är det som gör att du kommer hit?
Det är som att stämpla in på jobbet, hälsa på kollegorna, göra sitt. Skämt åsido så är det resultatet som är viktigt för mig och jag tänker att desto mer jag ger desto mer får jag tillbaka. Jag har ett flexibelt jobb så jag kan komma hit på dagen när det är som minst med folk och det gillar jag.
För att få resultatet så tycker jag om att ha en plan, just för mig med det målet jag har så har jag svårt att veta vad som kommer krävas av mig för att orka ta mig runt. Jag vill bara vara så tränad som möjigt.
Jag tycker Club Active är otroligt trevligt, gemytligt och opretantiöst.
Som nybörjare tror jag det passar alla, jämfört med andra gym där det känns som att det är mycket fokus på annat.
Jag tror att det är en bidragande orsak till att jag lyckats komma igång så bra.
Milon är en annan anledning till att jag kommit igång så bra. Det är enkelt, jag vet att jag tränar rätt och jag vet vad jag ska träna och så är det väldigt effektiv träning.
Vad kan du ge för tips till de som vill komma igång med träningen?
Ta en tankeställare över när du kommer kunna träna, tid och dag. Bestäm så det finns i kalendern så det inte bara passerar som något man inte hann med (för att man inte prioriterade det).
Det är bra att tänka på varför man vill komma igång med träningen, alla är olika men för mig har det med målet att göra som för mig nu är att ta mig igenom Toughest Viking.
